1.尖點(diǎn)測試器調(diào)校程序
a.順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)/松開/鎖環(huán)。
b.順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，直到紅色指示燈亮。
c.逆時(shí)針慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，直到指示燈剛好熄滅。
d.向前/后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，確定指示燈剛好亮?xí)r確切位置。
e.參考尾蓋上的微米刻度線標(biāo)注校正的位置。
f.逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋5格刻度線（帽上兩短線之間的距離為一格）。
g.扭緊鎖環(huán)，直至緊靠尾蓋。
2.尖點(diǎn)測試程序
a.樣品在進(jìn)行尖點(diǎn)測試前須在室溫為23±2℃、濕度為20%～70%的環(huán)境內(nèi)放置4小時(shí)。
b.將放入尖點(diǎn)測試器測量槽內(nèi)/握住測試物/垂直自由的施加共重1LBS（4.5N）的力，通過測試量槽位至測試。
判定：測試燈亮則為不合格

1 sharp point tester calibration procedure
a.順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)/松開/鎖環(huán)。
A. clockwise / release / lock ring.
b.順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，直到紅色指示燈亮。
B. clockwise rotating tail cover, until the red indicator light.
c.逆時(shí)針慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，直到指示燈剛好熄滅。
C. clockwise slowly turn the tail cover, until the light was extinguished.
d.向前/后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋，確定指示燈剛好亮?xí)r確切位置。
D. forward / back turn tail cover, determine the indicator lamp just bright when the exact location.
e.參考尾蓋上的微米刻度線標(biāo)注校正的位置。
The E. reference tail cover on the micron scale line marking the location correction.
f.逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)尾蓋5格刻度線（帽上兩短線之間的距離為一格）。

2.尖點(diǎn)測試程序

a.樣品在進(jìn)行尖點(diǎn)測試前須在室溫為23±2℃、濕度為20%～70%的環(huán)境內(nèi)放置4小時(shí)。
